It was our friend, Ahn Sang-Soo, a professor in typography and an honorary Doctor of Design from South Korea, who organized this annual personal project.
In previous years, great designers such as Massimo Vignelli and Irma Boom contributed their artworks in this unique calender, this year he invited 12 selected graphic designers from 11 countries to contribute their creative artworks in this huge calendar ( with its size of 90 cm x 37.5 cm, we could consider it as a poster), along with us, there are William Harald Wong from Malaysia , Maria Bantjes who is notable for her patterns and highly ornamental style, Michel de Boor from studio Dumbar, Holland and many other international designers.
For us , it was such an pleasure for us to participate in this interesting project and we were so delighted to see how everybody from different country and culture responding with different ideas !
The calendar started from June 2010 and ended at June 2011 and printed only in 2 colors, black and red.
